I started training with Ian while recovering from a knee/back injury. Ian has been excellent in planning a training program that gives me a really good workout while being careful not to aggravate my injury. He even spoke with my physio to find out more about the injury. I've only been training with Ian for 6 weeks but already I can see a difference in my fitness and muscle tone and already met a couple of my fitness targets! Ian is friendly, professional and is obviously very knowledgeable. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and is really encouraging. I really look forward to my training session each week and go away feeling brighter and motivated!

Ian's fitness classes are excellent. Every week is different than the last and Ian is incredibly inventive and innovative with his routines, there's never a chance of getting bored! I originally went to the classes because, as a runner, I was picking up lots of injury niggles due to not doing any cross training and it's been very effective at working all those bits that runners don't use and it's helped stave off injury. I can't praise Ian highly enough. I love his training sessions and the vitality and imagination that he brings to them.
