Personal Training
The following rates apply to each one hour training session with a minimum of four sessions paid in advance (Online Bank Transfer, Standing Order, Cash or Cheque):

Train with a friend £15.00 each

Train with a Friend Discount
Please note that for clients wishing to train with a friend or partner, the reduced (shared) rate assumes that both participants will follow a similar training programme and share the trainer's time and equipment.
Small Group Training
The Marthall and Hale Barns 'FitClub' classes are £7 - £9 per session. Other private group classes can be arranged for similar costs (plus venue hire charges if applicable), assuming a group of 6 - 10 people.
