Small Group Training
Group training is ideal for those who are not looking for personal training support at this time but like the idea of combining the variety and structure of a fitness class with the social benefit of exercising with others. It's also an inexpensive way for personal training clients to increase their weekly training sessions.
My FitClub classes focus on aerobic fitness and general conditioning. These currently run on Wednesday mornings at 9.00am (Marthall, near Knutsford) and Wednesday evenings at 7.00pm (Hale Barns). All ages (18+) and abilities are very welcome!
Bespoke Group Training
If you have a number of friends or colleagues who would like to exercise together, I can provide private classes tailored to the needs of your group at a mutually convenient location (see prices).
